Custom Deck & Stairs

Belinquete contracting recently completed a project for Client, where we designed, built and erected a customized deck and stairs leading to his basement door. The project involved pouring concrete footing for the exterior deck and stairs, and using all proper hardware and pressure treated lumber to ensure the durability and safety of the structure.

The first step in the project was to survey the area and take measurements, which allowed us to develop a design that met Mr. Jose’s specific needs and preferences. Once the design was finalized, we began the construction process by excavating the area and pouring the concrete footing.

After the concrete had cured, we installed the pressure treated lumber posts and beams, as well as the stringers and treads for the stairs. The deck surface was also covered with pressure treated decking material, which was secured using proper hardware.

To ensure safety and durability, all components of the deck and stairs were properly secured and anchored to the concrete footing and house structure. The final result was a beautiful, customized deck and stair system that provided Mr. Jose with easy access to his basement door and a great space for outdoor entertaining.

Overall, the project was completed on time and within budget, and Mr. Jose was extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that our team provided.
